The Royal Rajasthani Buffet at Rs 800 plus GST starts with mojito or cola and hot hara bhara kabab. Its main spread has paneer do pyaz, a seasonal vegetable, gatte ki sabzi and dal fry, with plain bati, masala bati and churma. Jeera rice, roti, naan, raita, papad, chutney and pickle complete it.
It is listed for groups of 30 or more, and the buffet page says Jain preparations can be arranged with notice.
How do you work out the bill for a group?
